摘　　要：介绍了食品磷酸及磷酸盐在美国、欧盟、CAC、日本和中国食品添加剂法规及相关标准中允许使用的种类、使用范围及限量,并对其食品安全性进行了分析探讨,可为我国食品磷酸及磷酸盐的生产、应用管理和出口食品中磷酸盐的使用管理提供参考。The allowed type, scope and limited use of food grade phosphoric acid and phosphates in food additives regulations and standards of the United States, the European Union, CAC, Japan and China were introduced, and their food safety was discussed. It could be used to strengthen the production and application management of China＇s food grade phosphoric acid and phosphates, and the use management of phosphates in food exports.
