摘  要:目的探讨PBL教学用于康复护理临床教学中的价值。方法本次医学研究选择我校2014级康复治疗学系20名在校生为观察对象,随机将其分为PBL教学组和传统教学组,比较分析2组学生的教学效果和考试成绩。结果 PBL教学组学生基础知识掌握度、学习兴趣及主观能动性、抽象问题理解力、理论联系实际能力、重点难点知识掌握度等教学效果评定指标结果均明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。同时,PBL教学组学生理论考试成绩和实践技能考试成绩也优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论在康复护理临床教学中应用PBL教学模式,有助于学生学习效果的改善,以及考试成绩的提高。Objective To discuss the value of PBL teaching in the clinical teaching of rehabilitation nursing. Methods 20 students of rehabilitation therapy department in grade 2014 were selected as observation objects in this medical research. They were randomly divided into PBL teaching group and traditional teaching group. The teaching effect and test results of the two groups were compared.Results Mastery of the basic knowledge, learning interest and subjective initiative and abstract problem to understand the force, ability of combination of theory and practice, the key and difficult points of knowledge to grasp the degree of teaching effect evaluation index of the PBL teaching group of students were significantly better than those of the traditional teaching group( P〈0.05). At the same time, the test scores and practical skills test scores of the PBL teaching group were also better than those of the traditional teaching group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of PBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching of rehabilitation nursing is helpful to the improvement of students' learning effect as well as the improvement of examination results.
