摘　　要：教育部今年3月新颁布实施的《幼儿园工作规程》对幼儿园教职工的解释呈现以下几个特点：提出同质性要求，强调教职工具有的共同特点；提出异质性要求，关注教职工的不同专业发展；注重教职工相互间的交互作用，提倡将幼儿园建设成为合作学习型组织；关注群体效应，强调要形成专业学习与专业发展的合力。In March 2016, the ministry of education promulgated The RRegulations of the kindergarten Work. Its interpreta- tion for kindergarten staff shows the following new features： homogeneity request is put forward emphasizing the common features shared by all staff; different consistency requirements are put forward, paying attention to the professional develop- ment of each member; the interaction between staff members is encouraged and efforts should be put in making kindergar- tens a cooperative learning community; group effect should be focused, forming the join efforts in professional learning and professional development.
