摘 要:目的了解广州医学生和非医学生对埃博拉认知状况及其差异,评估校园传染病宣传效果,为促进学校健康教育工作提供科学建议。方法分层抽取广州市14所高校大学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生和非医学生埃博拉知识的正答率均偏低,分别为56.8%和47.9%。医学生有4题正答率高于70%,而非医学生的正答率均低于70%。医学生对EHF"病原体"、"传播途径"以及"病死率"等11题正答率高于非医学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EHF"起源地"、"高危动物"、"最快发病时间"、"最短隔离时间"和"防护措施"6题正答率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分别有51.0%和35.1%的医学生和非医学生主动了解埃博拉知识,81.0%的医学生和85.3%的非医学生认为有必要在校园内宣传埃博拉知识,但仍有11.0%和6.1%的学生表示不会参加校园内宣传活动(P<0.05)。结论医学生与非医学生对埃博拉的认知均偏低。因此,大学生的埃博拉宣传仍十分迫切,在校园内可通过宣传栏(册)和专题讲座宣传埃博拉知识。Objective To understand the cognition status of medical college students and the non-medical on Ebola knowledge in Guangzhou and the difference between them,and assess the current health publicity of infectious disease,in order to provide scientific suggestion to promote school health service.Methods College students of 14 universities in Guangzhou were selected to fill a questionnaire using stratified sampling method. Results The results showed that the correct response of Ebola knowledge of medical students and the non-medical were at a low rate,56.8% and 47.9%,respectively. There were 4 questions in correct response of medical students are higher than 70%,while none of the non-medical students. The Ebola cognition of medical students on EHF " pathogen", " certain transmission", " mortality" and other 11 questions were higher than the non-medical( P〈0.05). While the right response rate of EHF " original place", " high risk animal related", "the fastest time after infection" and other 6 questions were the same( P〈0.05). The proportion of taking initiative to learn EHF of the medical and the non-medical were 51.0% and 35.1%,respectively. 81.0% medical students and 85.3% the non- medical think it is necessary to propagate EHF on campus. However,11. 0% and 6. 1%medical students and the non- medical declared will not participate in promotional activities( P〈0. 05).Conclusions The authors conclude that the cognition on Ebola of both medical students and the non-medical are low. It is urgent to give publicity to Ebola through publicity board,brochure and lectures on campus.
