摘 要:目的探讨提高综合性ICU护理实习生带教质量的方法。方法对我院2012年6月至2015年6月接收的249例实习护生进行研究,采用"护士长-带教组长-考核评价"与制定带教周计划等多种加强带教管理相结合的方法,与我院未进行带教制度改革前的护生的理论及操作考核成绩进行对比分析,并对护生的考评优秀率以及对带教满意度进行对比分析。结果研究组护生的理论考核成绩(93.6±4.9)、操作考核成绩(90.5±4.8)明显优于对照组(85.5±3.6)、(86.3±4.5),研究组护生考核的优秀率(86.3%)明显优于对照组(64.4%,P<0.05),研究组对带教满意率(99.2%)明显优于对照组(83.0%,P<0.05)。结论 "护士长-带教组长-考核评价"多种形式相结合的带教方法提高带教质量。Objective To explore methods of improve quality of teaching for nursing internship in comprehensive ICU. Methods From June 2012 to June 2015,249 cases of practice nursing students in our hospital were enrolled in the study,they adopting the method of " the head nurse- teaching group leader-evaluation" combined with weekly teaching plan to strengthen the teaching management,compared the theory and operation assessment score with the nurses before the teaching reform,and compared the excellent rate and satisfaction of nursing students.Results The theory assessment score and operation assessment results were( 93.6±4.9) and( 90.5 ± 4. 8) in study group which were better than control group( 85. 5 ± 3. 6 and 86. 3 ± 4. 5),the excellence rate of study group( 86.3%) was better than the control group( 64.4%,P〈0.05),satisfaction rate on teaching of study group( 99.2%) was better than control group( 83.0%,P〈0.05). Conclusions The method of " The the head nurse-teaching group leader-evaluation" can improve the quality of teaching.
