摘  要:上海各区县的调研表明,在各方的积极努力和共同推进下,以信息技术为支撑的数字化学习正在成为社区教育的新途径和新方法,社区数字化学习支持服务体系初步形成,但也存在平台架构不够健全、学习方式相对单调、专业队伍严重缺乏等突出问题。为此,需要充分运用互联网、大数据、云计算等先进技术为支撑,构建社区数字化学习支持服务网络;运用创新的思维进行整体思考、全面推进,实现社区数字化学习支持服务体系与社区教育同步发展;充分整合各类资源,形成具有自身特色的支持服务队伍。The research of districts and counties in Shanghai shows that, under the efforts and promotion of all parties, the digital learning supported by information technology is becoming a new way and new method of community education, and a community digital learning supporting service system has been formed. However, its platform structure is not perfect, its learning method is relatively mo- notonous, and professional team is seriously lacking and so on. In order to solve the problems above, we firstly need to make full use of Internet, mass data, cloud computing and other advanced technology, to construct a community digital learning supporting service network. Secondly, we need to comprehensively think and promote, to realize the simultaneous development of community digital learn- ing supporting service system and community education, In the end, we also need to integrate various resources, and construct a sup- porting service teams with its own characteristics.
