翻转课堂在成人教育中的应用研究

摘　　要：近年来,翻转课堂的教学模式不断被引入国内高校的课堂,它的身影也频繁出现在成人教育的课堂中。文章首先阐述在成人教育中开展翻转课堂教学的重要性。然后,在分析国内翻转课堂研究的基础上,总结出在成人教育中开展翻转课堂教学的经验。最后,以上海开放大学松江分校的部分课程为例开展了翻转课堂的教学,并对实践结果进行跟踪调查,发现经过翻转课堂的教学后,学员的学习能力和积极性得到了显著的提升,对进一步在成人教育中推广翻转课堂教学模式有启示作用。In recent years, the Flipped Class Mode was constantly introduced into the domestic universities, which appeared fre- quently in adult education. At first, this paper describes the importance of taking the Flipped Class in adult education. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the literatures of Flipped Class, it summarizes the experience of Flipped Class in adult education. At last, this paper takes the experiences in Songjiang Branch of Shanghai Open University for example, and follows its teaching results. Through the experiment, the ability and enthusiasm of the students are promoted. This research could offer some references for popularizing the Flipped Class Teaching Mode in the adult education.
