摘　　要：随着我国高等职业教育规模的快速发展,高职院校科学发展质量正面临着巨大的挑战。不断提升科学发展质量已成为高等职业教育改革与发展所面临的重要问题。而构建高职院校科学发展质量评价体系是引导高职院校提升高等职业教育科学发展质量的关键问题之一。从速度与规模、体系与机构、效益与贡献三大层面构建高职院校科学发展质量评价体系,改善当前科学发展质量评价体系缺失、科学发展质量特色彰显不明、科学发展质量评价滞后等现状,以期对高职院校科学发展评价指标体系的建立起到一定借鉴作用。With the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, the quality of scientific development in higher vocatioual colleges is facing great challenges. Continuously improving the quality of scientific development has become an important issue of reform and development in higher vocational education. The construction of scientific development quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges is one of the key links to improve the scientific development quality of higher vocational education. From the aspects of speed and scale, system and mechanism, efficiency and contribution it constructs the scientific development quality evaluation system of higher vocational colleges, improves the present situation that current scientific development quality evaluation system is absent, the quality characteristics of scientific development are unclear, and quality evaluation of scientific development lags in order to offer a certain reference in setting up the evaluation index system of scientific development in higher vocational colleges.
