关于服务类高职院校发展建设的思考——基于示范性高职院校建设的分析

摘　　要：目前,服务类高职院校面对着高职生就业压力大、高职教育质量不高的困境,在明确了高职人才培养目标的基础上,剖析高职示范校建设的成功经验与可借鉴之处,包括特色办学,与产业、职业岗位群对接的专业群建设,以及注重高职人才培养的质量等方面,由此,阐述了对服务类高职院校发展有效策略的几点启示。At present higher vocational colleges of service class face such plight as employment pressure and low education quality. On the basis of defining higher vocational talents training target, it analyses the successful experience and reference value of demonstrative school construction, including characteristic school running, the major group construction connected with industry and post group, and higher vocational talents training, and illustrates some enlightenment for effective development strategies of service higher vocational colleges.
