城镇居民分配公平满意度影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：深入研究城镇居民对现阶段分配公平满意程度的认知、判断与评价,对于政府制定科学合理的调控政策、促进分配公平,提高居民满意程度,维护社会和谐与稳定具有十分重要的意义。文章以浙江城镇居民为例,对现阶段收入分配公平满意度相关问题进行问卷调查,构建Ordered Probit模型,对分配公平满意度的主要影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:城镇居民对分配公平满意度相对较高;起点公平、过程公平、结果公平、人力资本、物质资本、社会保障、制度因素、家庭在职工作的人数对分配公平满意度有显著的正向影响,其中起点公平、社会保障、人力资本、制度因素对分配公平满意度正向影响程度较大,过程公平、结果公平、家庭在职工作的人数对分配公平满意度正向影响程度次之,而物质资本对分配公平满意度正向影响程度较小。这一研究结果提供了重要的政策启示。A thorough study on the knowledge, judgment and evaluation about the distribution justice satisfaction of urban residents at present, has very important significance in the government making scientific and rational policy, promoting distribution justice, improving the satisfaction of urban residents, and maintaining social harmony and stability. This paper is a case study of Zhejiang and a questionnaire investigation for the questions relative to distribution justice satisfaction, in which we constructed the Ordered Probitmodel and analysed the influencing factors in distribution justice satisfaction empirically. The study shows that the distribution justice satisfaction of urban residents is relatively high. A fair starting point, justice of the process, justice of the result, human capital, physical capital, social security, institutional factors, and the number of working people in the family all have positive influences on the distribution justice satisfaction remarkably. Among them, the fair starting point, human capital, social security and institutional factors have great influences on the distribution justice satisfaction by comparison. Justice of the process, justice of the result and the number of working people in the family has small influences on the distribution justice satisfaction by comparison. Physical capital has relatively little influences on the distribution justice satisfaction.Also, the research results provide the corresponding policy implications.
