应用型新建本科高校财务管理专业综合改革的逻辑

摘　　要：财务管理专业毕业生的社会需求在稳健增长,但供给也在快速增加;财务管理的实践变化要求财务管理本科毕业生知识结构要突出全面参与企业经营决策;新建本科院校办学定位、生源属性及财务管理活动的企业差异影响着财务管理"专业综合改革试点"思路。应以培养学生全面参与中小型企业经营决策的知识、能力需求为现阶段切入点,以人才培养方案为核心、人才培养目标为逻辑起点,以生源属性为改革背景,以师资队伍、课程体系及教材、教学方式、教学管理等为主要内容,展开专业综合改革试点建设。The social demand of the graduates of finance management is growing steadily,but the supply is also increasing rapidly.The practical change of finance management requires that the knowledge structure of the graduates of finance management should meet the needs of decision making.The orientation of education,students＇attribute and enterprise differences of finance management activities affect the logic of the finance management comprehensive reform.This paper describes logic of the finance management comprehensive reform of the newly-built application-oriented colleges in terms of teaching staff,course system,teaching methods and teaching management.
