摘 要:目的通过高压罐消解和湿法消解2种方法测定食品中的铅,探讨2种方法的可靠性。方法以铅的标准样品为例,运用高压罐消解和湿法消解处理样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定标准样品中铅的含量,从精密度、准确度和加标回收率以及2种前处理方法消耗试剂量和时间等方面进行比对。结果高压罐消解法的RSD为5.0%,测定值与真值的绝对差值为0.001 mg/kg,加标回收率为95.0%~102.5%,消耗试剂4 ml^6 ml,消解完全用时4 h^5 h(不包括浸泡过夜的时间);而湿法消解的RSD为7.7%,测定值与真值的绝对差值为-0.006 mg/kg,加标回收率为80.0%~97.5%,消耗试剂10 ml^20 ml,消解完全用时7 h^10 h(不包括浸泡过夜的时间),前者的结果稍优于后者。结论 2种消解方法都能满足日常样品的检测分析,而要做精、准、快的考核样品时,高压罐消解法更准确可靠,是样品前处理的首选方法。Objective To study the determination of lead in food by using high pressure tank digestion and wet digestion,the reliability of the two methods are discussed. Methods Standard lead sample was processed with high pressure digestion and wet digestion,and the content of lead in standard samples was determined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry;comparison was performed on precision,accuracy,standard recovery rate and the consumption amount of reagent and time between the two pre-treatment methods. Results The RSD of high pressure digestion method was 5. 0%,the absolute difference between the measured value and the true value was 0. 001 mg / kg,standard addition recovery rate was within 95. 0%-102. 5%,reagent consumption was 4 ml-6 ml,dissolve completely took 4 h-5 h( not including overnight soaking time); the RSD of the wet digestion was 7. 7%,the absolute difference between the measured value and the true value was 0. 006 mg / kg,standard addition recovery rate was within 80. 0%-97. 5%,the consumption of reagent was 10 ml-20 ml,dissolve completely spent 7 h-10 h( not including overnight soaking time). The result of the former was slightly better than the latter. Conclusion The 2 digestion methods are able to meet the daily sample detection and analysis,but the high-pressure tank digestion method is more accurate and reliable,is the first choice of sample pre-treatment method,especially for fine,accurate and rapid determination.
