摘 要:目的:探讨本科护生对临床护理教师有效教学行为的体验与看法,为提升临床护理带教质量提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究方法,于2015年9—10月对13名本科护生进行半结构式深入访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果通过深入访谈,提炼出4个主题,即师生关系、角色榜样、教学方法与学识素养。结论应构建和谐师生关系,以角色榜样引导护生,同时注重信息技术在教学策略中的应用,构建有意义的学习。Objective To explore the experience of undergraduate nursing students toward effective teaching behaviors of their teachers and provide evidence for improving teaching quality in clinical nursing. Methods A total of 13 baccalaureate nursing students were selected and interviewed using purposive sampling between September and October in 2015. Data were analyzed with phenomenological approach. Results Four themes were extracted: teacher-student relationship, role model, teaching methods and scholarly accomplishment.Conclusions Teachers should build harmonious teacher-student relationship, guide nursing students based on role model, pay attention to information technology in clinical teaching and construct meaningful study.
