医学英语等效性翻译方法探讨

摘　　要：医学国际学术交流的不断扩展对医学英语翻译提出新的挑战和要求,等效性翻译是医学英语翻译应对这一挑战和提高翻译水平的重要路径。针对当前高校英语教学尚未足够重视和系统总结医学英语等效性翻译的问题,总结了句式转换法、词性转换法和通过丰富词汇和申词辩义、长句难句解析及了解文化差异等等效性翻译方法,旨在为高等医学院校英语教学内容改革提供素材,探讨医学英语等效性翻译方法对提高医学英语交流能力和交流水平作用和意义。The international exchange of medical academic platform expansion presents the new challenges and requirements for the evaluation of medical English translation,equivalent translation is an important path for the translation of medical English to meet challenges and to enhance the level of medical translation. But the current college English teaching had not to pay enough attention to medical English translation equivalence. In order to provide material for medical colleges English teaching reform,we summed up five methods of medical English translation equivalence by transforming sentence patterns and the characteristic of a certain word,and other methods of medical English translation equivalence,so as to achieve the improvement of the medical English communication level and English communication skills.
