企业知识创造绩效多层灰统计综合评价

摘　　要：为建立企业知识创造绩效综合评价系统,从企业的知识创造基础、知识创造直接效益、知识创造经济效益、知识创造发展效益和知识创造潜力5个方面构建综合评价指标体系,采用改进的层次分析法计算指标权重,采用改进的灰统计构建综合评价模型。对东莞某包装用品有限公司的企业知识创造绩效综合评价表明:上述综合评价模型能够克服企业知识创造绩效相关信息的灰性。The comprehensive evaluation system of enterprise knowledge creation permrmance 1~ from five aspects of knowledge creation as follows： foundation, direct benefit, economic benefit, development benefit and potential. Index weight is obtained by using the improved analytic hierarchy process （ahp） and comprehensive evaluation model is constructed with the improved grey statistics. The comprehensive evaluation on the performance of a company＇ s enterprise knowledge creation in Dongguan shows that this model men- tioned above can overcome grey characteristics of relevant information of enterprise knowledge creation per- formance.
