协同学视域下草根体育组织发展的非线性动力机制研究

摘　　要：根据协同学自组织演化的基本观点,分析了草根体育组织发展的非线性动力机制,提出了草根体育组织非线性发展的实现路径。研究认为:草根体育组织具备自组织系统的非线性特征;子系统间的协同与竞争是草根体育组织发展的内部动力,而系统与外部环境的协同与竞争是草根体育组织发展的外部推动力,最后,序参量之间的协同与竞争直接推动了系统新平衡态的形成。研究提出把强化组织自身能力建设、加强与利益相关群体合作、推动序参量之间的协同与竞争作为草根体育组织非线性动力发展的实现路径。According to the basic view of synergetics self-organization evolution, analysis of the nonlinear dynamical mechanism of the development of grassroots sports organizations, it is put forward the realization of the grassroots sports organizations nonlinear evolution path. Research concludes that： Grassroots sports organizations have nonlinear characteristics of self- organization system. Between the subsystems of synergy and competition there is the internal driving force of the development of the grassroots sports organizations. System and the external environment of synergy and competition is the external impetus for the development of grassroots sports organizations. Between the order parameter of synergy and competition there is need to promote the formation of new equilibrium system directly. It is advisable to strengthen the ability construction of the organization and the cooperation with stakeholder groups strengthen the synergy and competition between the order parameter for the implementation of grassroots sports organizations nonlinear dynamic development path.
