摘　　要：阐述小众私密在线课程(SPOC)的定义、模式、特征及其优势,结合北京中医药大学实践,探讨中医药高等院校建设SPOC课程的途径,以及如何基于SPOC网络课程进行教学改革和课堂创新,为提高高等教学质量提供思路。The paper explains the definition,mode,characteristics and advantages of a Small Private Online Course（SPOC）.Based on the practice of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,it discusses the methods for Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） colleges and universities to construct SPOC and how to conduct teaching reform and classroom innovation based on SPOC.It provides ideas for improving the teaching quality of higher education.
