调质时间对水产饲料成品质量的影响

摘　　要：文章在结合一些前期成熟的研究结论以及实践生产成果后,对水产饲料生产过程中的调质时间进行了一些分析。从调质时间对蛋白质变性、物料混合均匀度以及物料流动性的角度,分析了延长调质时间对于水产饲料成品质量会起到正面的影响。文章在对于组合调质器能够提高水产饲料品质和外形的结论上,进行了初步的分析论证,并提出未来的相关实验跟进工作。This paper mainly focused on the analysis of pre-conditioning time effects on aquafeed pel- let quality, which were based on several previously matured research conclusions and the practical pro- duction results.The effects of pre-conditioning time on protein denaturation, material mixing homogeneity as well as the material followability were discussed and it was concluded that extending pre-conditioning time had positive effects on aquafeed pellet quality. This paper processed the preliminary analy- sis on the result that complex conditioner improved the quality as well as appearance of aquafeed. It al- so proposed the future experiments in order to conduct the corresponding verification.
