摘  要:胶原蛋白是人体内重要的结构蛋白,具有十分重要的生理功能和生物活性,在生物医学领域应用广泛;但由于胶原属于大分子化合物,需在体内代谢为小分子短肽而发挥作用,同时,人工提取的胶原含有一定的免疫原性,增加了其应用的潜在风险。胶原三肽(collagen tripeptide,CTP)是胶原代谢产物中的最小分子肽,由3个氨基酸组成,因其相对分子质量小、纯度高、无抗原性、低过敏等优点,成为研究热点,在应用领域有取代胶原的趋势。现综述了胶原三肽、甘氨酰-组氨酰-赖氨酸三肽(glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine,GHK)及GHK-Cu复合物的生物性能、应用及发展前景,为胶原类小分子肽在临床、美容和保健等领域的应用提供参考。Collagen, an important structural protein in the human body, has very important physiological function and biological activity, and is widely used in the biomedical field. However, belonging to macromolecular compounds, collagen plays roles by being metabolized into small molecular peptides in vivo. At the same time, extracted collagen has certain immunogenicity, which increases the potential risk of its application. Collagen tripeptide (CTP), composed of three amino acid sequence, is the smallest molecular peptide in collagen metabolites. It has become a research hotspot due to the advantages of small molecular weight, high purity, non-antigenic, low allergy and so on, and might replace collagen in the field of application. In this review we have introduced the biological properties, application and prospects of collagen tripeptide, GHK and GHK-Cu complexes, which will provide references for the application of small molecular collagen peptide in clinical trials, cosmetics, health care, and other fields.
