摘  要:通识教育因其有利于培养高素质人才而受到发达国家高等教育界的普遍关注。日本教育水平高、国民素质好,与长期重视通识教育、拥有较为完善的通识教育体系是分不开的。以东京大学为案例,运用PDCA循环模型分析法,从大学理念与人才培养目标(Plan)、通识教育的具体措施(Do)与效果评价(Check)以及持续改进机制(Act)四个步骤的循环,探索其通识教育的路径与特色。可以从进一步重视通识教育,完善通识教育课程设置,优化通识教育管理,提高通识教育国际化水平四方面提升我国通识教育水平。General education is common concern for high education in developed countries due high-quality talents. Japan has high level of education, and high national quality, are inseparab to cultivate le from the emphasis on general education always and relatively perfect system of general education. Taking The University of Tokyo as an example, analyze the general education's approach and characteristics by using PDCA cycle model analysis, including the idea and talents training objective of university (plan), the specific measures (do) and evaluation (check) of general education, and continuous improvement mechanism (Act), in order to provide a reference for the reform and development of general education in China.
