摘 要:根据布劳的社会交换理论,高校创业教育与众创空间联动发展是指高校与众创空间通过社会交换,取得预期报酬,建立资源互补、互惠合作战略关系的过程。联动发展主要涉及发展规划联动、资源利用联动、教育培养联动等三个方面,实现主导互惠、主体互惠、目标互惠等三层面互惠。促进联动发展的措施主要包括:明确联动发展方式,建立制度规范;加强双方协商,实现资源共享;完善人才培养制度,改革创业教育教学方式。According to Blau's Social Exchange Theory, the interactive development between higher education institutions (HEI) entrepreneurship education and public innovation spaces refers to a process in which HEI and public innovation spaces, through social exchange, achieve the expected payment and establish a strategic relationship of resource complementarity and mutual benefit. It mainly includes development planning interaction, resource utilization interaction, education and training interaction. It can achieve leading reciprocity, main part reciprocity and objective reciprocity. Measures to improve the interactive development mainly include clarifying the mode of the interactive development and establishing the system standard; strengthening bilateral consultation to achieve resource sharing; perfecting personnel training system and reforming the teaching mode of entrepreneurship education.
