摘  要:目前大部分本专科院校均开设"化学反应速率和活化能"测定实验,大多选用过二硫酸铵与碘化钾反应,记录淀粉遇碘变蓝时间,最后进行数据处理得出反应速率、反应级数、速率常数和活化能等系列值。从"实验原理、实验步骤和实验数据处理"三个环节展开探讨,为实验教师提供实用的教学参考,同时切实提学生的实验操作技能和理论素养。At present, most of the colleges have set up " Determination of reaction rate and activation energy" experiment. The (NH4 )2S2O8 and KI were selected to carry out chemical reaction, and the time of starch becoming blue in the case of iodide were recorded. Finally, a series of values, such as reaction rate, reaction order, rate constant and activation energy could be obtained by data processing. The teaching discussion was given through three aspects, including experimental principle, experimental procedure and experimental data processing. A practical teaching reference for the experimental guidance teachers was provided and the experimental skills and theoretical knowledge of students were effectively improved.
