摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析MOOC学习者在线交流存在的问题,以期促进学习者之间更好地交流。[方法/过程]运用社会网络分析方法,以MOOC学院的"社会心理学"课程讨论区为例,通过密度和距离、中心性、凝聚子群等指标,对MOOC学习者在线交流情况进行实证分析。[结果/结论]发现学习者存在关系松散、参与交流的意愿和能力不足、缺乏核心人物与意见领袖等问题;提出构建学习共同体、识别并激励关键人物、丰富交流形式的建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze existing problems in online communication among MOOC learners, so as to promote better communication among learners. [Method/process]The paper uses social network analysis method, and takes ＂Social Psychology＂ of MOOC college as an example, makes a empirical analysis on online communication among MOOC learners with indica- tors such as density and distance, centrality, cohesive subgroups.[Result/conclusion]The paper finds some problems in online commu-nication among MOOC learners, such as loose connection,lack of willingness and ability to join in communication, lack of key learners and opinion leaders. The paper proposes some advice, including to build learning community, to identify and motivate key learners and to enrich communication forms.
