摘  要:医学学科亚专业化分极大提升了疾病的诊治水平和学科发展,但同时也给临床研究生培养工作带来了新挑战。本文结合首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科高度亚专业划分后临床研究生培养工作的实践,认为可以通过建立"导师指导小组"制度,体现因材施教;坚持定期集体学习制度,培养临床科研思维;倡导课题合作,拓展研究生个人发展空间,以适应学科发展模式的变化,培养出临床实践能力与学术资质兼备的复合型医学人才。The subspecialization of medical subjects has greatly promoted the level of diagnosis and treatment of the diseases and academic development, but it also brings new challenges to the cultivation of clinical postgraduates. Based on the practice under highly subprofessional division of neurosurgery in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, this article recommends the better strategies: to establish "tutor group" system to suit the special requirements of each individual; carry out regular collective learning system to train the ability of clinical medical science research;and propose project cooperation to expand the personal development space, so as to adapt to the change of the mode of subspecialization, and cultivate recombination talents with clinical practice ability and academic quality at the same time.
