摘 要:目的:探讨集体心理咨询对提升大学生生命意义感的干预效果。方法:在甘肃省某大学中公开招募生命意义不确定的大学生自愿者53人,随机选取其中20人为集体心理咨询组(咨询组),其余33人为对照组。对咨询组实施提升生命意义感为目标的集体心理咨询(每周1次,每次3 h,共6次),对照组处于常态。采用生活目的测验(PIL)、贝克自杀意念量表中文版(BSI-CV)和自编集体心理咨询干预评价表评估干预效果。结果:干预前,两组的PIL总分及各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预前后的差值比较显示,咨询组PIL总分及生活感受、生活目标、生命态度3个维度得分差值均高于对照组[(11.89±8.70)vs.(-0.87±2.77),(5.83±5.94)vs.(-0.22±1.38),(4.72±3.77)vs.(-0.52±1.70),(1.17±1.67)vs.(-0.09±1.04);均P<0.01]。在集体心理咨询干预评价表的3个评价维度上,给予满意评价的咨询组成员的百分比分别为96.3%、87.6%、85%。结论:集体心理咨询对提高大学生的生命意义感具有积极作用。Objective: To explore the intervention effects of group psychological counseling on life meaning in college students. Methods: The experiment used 2 × 2 multi-group (intervention group, control group) and pre-and post-treatment design was performed among 53 college students who had low life significance feeling from a university in Gansu province. The students were divided randomly into intervention group (n = 20) and control group (n = 33). The samples in the intervention group received group psychological counseling for improving meaning of life (once per week, 3 hours each time), and the control group kept normal. The Purpose of Life Scale (PIL), Baker Suicidal Ideation Scale in Chinese (BSI-CV) and Rating Form of Group Psychological Counseling were used to get the outcome of intervention evaluation. Results: There were no significant difference in the PIL total scores and dimension scores in the two groups before intervention (Ps 〉 0. 05). After intervention, the difference between posttest scores and pre-test of PIL total scores and dimensions scores of "life feeling"," life goal" and "life attitude" were higher in intervention group than in control group [(11.89 ±8. 70) vs. ( -0. 87 ±2. 77), (5.83 ±5.94) vs.(-0.22±1.38),(4.72±3.77) vs.( -0.52±1.70),(1.11 ±1.67) vs.(-0.09±1.04);Ps〈0.01].Theper- centages of giving satisfaction evaluation in 3 dimensions of Rating Form of Group Psychological Counseling were 96. 3%, 87.6% and 85% in the intervention group. Conclusion: It suggests group counseling could effectively improve the meaning of life in college students.
