摘　　要：明代以降所崛起的温补学派是中医学术发展史上影响深远的医学流派。该学派不仅因重视温补之法治疗诸多虚损性疾病而在中医治法领域成就卓著,而且通过对命门学说的深入探索对整个中医理论体系作出了全面系统的贡献,主要表现为深化阴阳五行学说、完善中医脏腑学说、充实中医病因病机、丰富中医辨证体系、拓展中医治疗方法、创立系列名方名药诸方面。The rise of school of warm and tonification since Ming Dynasty has a far-reaching impact on the academic history of TCM. The school not only has outstanding achievements in TCM rule method field due to its emphasis on warm and tonification in treatment of many wasting disease, but also has made comprehensive and systematic contribution on whole theoretical system of TCM through the in-depth exploration of life gate theory, mainly for deepening yin-yang and five elements doctrine, compensating TCM viscera doctrine, substantiating TCM etiology and pathogenesis, enriching TCM syndrome differentiation system, expanding TCM treatment methods, and founding series famous medicine, etc.
