摘　　要："阴气"《黄帝内经》中早有提及,因其所包含的概念过于宽泛,导致基本概念不确定,历代医家对于阴气的理解也莫衷一是。为探讨阴气之为气的理论内涵,文章从研究部分古代医籍和医家相关论述及医案入手,采取收集和整理文献的研究方法,同时结合现代资料研究,通过分析阴气本质与来源,阐述阴气与阳气关系,剖析阴气的功用,以明确气的内涵与本质。得出:阴气与阳气共同组成气,阴气除了滋养濡润以外,还具有行气、行血、固摄和化气的功能。‘Yin qi＇ has been early mentioned in The Inner Canon of Huangdi. Because its concept is too extensive, it is hard to define, and the understanding of yin qi is different between medical professionals. To explore the connotations of yin qi theory, this study explorers the relationship between yin qi and yang qi, analyzes the function of yin qi, and makes clear the connotation and essence of qi through analyzing essence and source of yin qi. This study begins with studying ancient medical books, doctors＇ records and cases, and it adopts method of literature review combined with modcrn material research methods. Conclusion： Yang qi and yin qi compose qi. Besides of nourishing and moistening, yin qi also has functions of promoting the circulation of qi, promoting blood circulation, astringing and transforming qi.
