基于创新能力培养的经管类专业硕士教学模式探究

摘　　要：我国在十一届全国人大第三次会议上提出了实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略,其中的核心任务就是培养具有创新能力的人才,而创新型人才的培养关键点在于教育。在目前的教育系统构成中,高等院校具有极为重要的战略地位。就经管类专业硕士研究生而言,很多高校对于创新性的培养关注度还不够,往往只注重对学生知识积累和能力培养,教育方法上存在很多的问题。为此,本文针对经管类专业硕士创新能力的培养进行研究和分析,旨在能为教学模式的改进添砖加瓦。In the third session of the Eleventh National People＇s Congress, our country have proposed the implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through science, education and human resource, in which the core task is to cultivate talents with innovation ability, and the key point lies in education. In the current education system, university have a very important strategic position. For the professional degree master in economies and management major, many universities haven＇t pay e- nough attention to the cultivation of innovative ability, they only pay attention to the accumulation of students＂ knowledge and ability training, which means there are many problems in education methods. Therefore, this paper does some research and a- nalysis for training innovation ability focus on professional degree master in economics and management major, aims to contrib- ute to the improvement of the teaching mode.
