摘 要:从卓越工程师标准和CDIO模式出发论述了校企合作对卓越工程师教育培养的促进作用和积极意义,归纳总结了通过校企合作创建"嵌入式系统应用"校内大学生创新基地,并组织学生开展课外科技创新实践活动的成功经验和具体做法,为卓越工程师的教育培养工作提供了有价值的参考。几年来的实践证明:通过校企合作创建校内大学生创新基地的做法可以有效培养学生的工程实践能力与科技创新能力,从而促进卓越工程师的教育培养。According to the standards of outstanding engineer and CDIO mode, this paper expounds promotion effect and positive significance of university-enterprise cooperation to the cultivation and education of outstanding engineers. The methods and successful experience were introduced that the innovation base of embedded system application was founded by the cooperation between university and enterprise and students were coached to do extracurricular scientific practice. These can provide reference to cultivation and education of outstanding engineer. The practice result proved that build student innovation base in campus through university-enterprise cooperation method could enhance student’s engineering practice ability and technological innovation ability effectively, thus it could promote cultivation and education of outstanding engineers effectively.
