摘　　要：本文在管理创新成效表现形式分析的基础上,从企业可持续发展、企业绩效贡献度、增量绩效三个视角构建了测度管理创新绩效的总体框架体系,分析介绍了可持续发展指数评价模型、企业绩效贡献度评价模型和增量绩效评价模型的基本思想、模型架构及指标体系,并以国家电网公司的管理创新实践为例,应用三套模型开展了实证分析与检验。Based on the analysis of manifestations of management innovation effectiveness, this paper built the overall measurement framework from the three perspectives of sustainable development of enterprises, enterprise＇s performance contribution and incremental performance. Then it introduced the basic thought, model structure, and the index system of the sustainability index evaluation model, enterprise performance contribution evaluation model and incremental performance evaluation model. And it also carried out empirical studies using the three models for the example of management innovation practices of State Grid Corporation of China.
