摘 要:针对高职生求职焦虑源的评估问题,采用心理测量学方法,进行了高职生求职焦虑源问卷的编制研究。抽取157名高职应届毕业生进行小规模问卷调查,对问卷进行项目分析筛选条目,通过探索性因素分析初步探索问卷结构并形成初始问卷;利用已编制的初始问卷,对609名高职应届毕业生进行正式调查,检验问卷的信度和效度。结果显示:高职生求职焦虑源包括5个维度,分别为社会环境、心理适应、职业选择、求职经验和基本能力,可解释总方差的53.9%,验证性因素分析模型拟合良好,总问卷的α系数为0.91,分半信度为0.80。研究表明:该问卷具有良好的信度和效度,符合心理测量学指标,可用于评估高职生求职焦虑源情况。As to the evaluation of students' job-hunting anxiety sources in vocational schools, a questionnaire is designed by using psychometric method. 157 graduating students in vocational schools are investigated for the questionnaire, hems are analyzed and exploratory factor analysis is made to explore the structure of the paper and design the questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to investigate 609 vocational college students for reliability and validity analysis. The results show that the vocational college students job anxiety sources inelude five dimensions, which are the social environment, psychological adaptation, occupation selection, job experience and basic ability, which can explain 53.9% of total variance, eonfirmatory factor analysis, and model fitting is good, a coett'icient of the questionnaire is 0.91 and a half reliability is 0.80. It shows that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and it can be used to assess the source of job anxiety in higher vocational college students.
