摘  要:文中将单杆矢量的相对位移差用于建立曲柄滑块机构刚体导引综合方程式。提出和分析了单杆矢量法的两种基本形式,建立了曲柄滑块机构刚体导引综合方程式。通过总次数和混合体积分析,表明单杆矢量法总次数与双杆组法相同,两者的混合体积接近。但单杆矢量法比双杆组法模块性更强,能更直接地建立机构的综合方程式。最后通过实例讨论了单杆矢量法曲柄滑块机构刚体导引四位置综合问题的应用。在用同伦法求该方法建立的机构综合方程组的全部解时,具有较高的求解效率,且方程模块性强,适合于通过计算机建模解决曲柄滑块机构刚体导引运动综合问题。This paper used the relative displacement differences of monad vectors to establish comprehensive equations of crank-slider mechanism's rigid-body guidance comprehensive equation. Two basic types of the monad vectors were proposed and analyzed. The times of monad vector method was the same as the double method, and the mix volumes of these methods were closely. However, the modularity of the monad vectors method was better than the double method, which could establish the synthesizing equations. An example was illustrated to discuss the comprehensive applications of the monad vectors crank-slider mechanism's rigid-body guidance synthesis problems. The solution efficiency was relative high and the modularity of equations was relative strong while solving the mechanism synthesis equations established from this method using homotopy method. The method was suitable to solve the synthesizing problems of crank-slider mechanism's rigid-body guidance problems through the computer modeling.
