卓越产业人才:高等职业教育人才培养目标的新视角

摘　　要：对我国高等职业教育发展过程进行考察发现,我国高等职业教育人才培养目标多年来处在不断变化之中,在不同时期分别经历了技术型人才、实用型人才、应用型人才、高技能型人才、高端技能型人才、技术技能型人才等不同的人才培养目标定位,但总体缺乏从教育体系整体性、稳定性、战略性的角度进行定位。高等职业教育发展需要国家整体宏观结构的、稳定的和战略的人才培养目标定位,由此提出高等职业教育培养"卓越产业人才"的人才培养目标定位。按照现代职业教育体系建设框架,高等职业教育中专科、本科、硕士研究生分别对应培养卓越技能型人才、卓越技术技能型人才、卓越技术型人才的层次目标。Based on the investigation of higher vocational education in China, the higher vocational education has experienced continuous changes, including technical talents, practical talents, applied talents and highly-skilled talents. However, the talent training has failed to fulfill the goals of integrity, stability and strategy. Higher vocational education needs the national macroscopic structure, stable and strategic target of personnel training, thus it puts forwards the goal of excellent industrial talents. According to the modem vocational educational framework, higher vocational education should cultivate excellent technical talents, highly-skilled talents and highly-skilled talents with up-to-date technology ranging from the college graduates, undergraduate students to postgraduates.
