摘 要:模拟实训是职业教育中广泛存在的一种教学形式。以扎根理论为核心研究方法,获得了ERP沙盘模拟实训的学习产出框架,包括"实践性知识""交往性能力""反思性思维""内生性认识""依存性情感"五个方面;学习产出是教学中多重转换的结果,即来源于虚实融合的任务空间,经由"做中学"的行动空间最后转化为多维度的产出空间;进一步的量化分析表明,该产出框架具有结构上的稳定性,可作为类似模拟实训活动评价与改进的依据。Simulated training is widespreadly used in vocational education. Based on Grounded Theory, the framework of learning outcomes of ERP sand table simulated training is gained which includes five aspects of "practical knowledge" , "ability of communication" , "reflective thought" , "spontaneous cognition" and "dependency emotion" . Learning outcomes result from multi-conversion in teaching, it is from mission space of virtual-reality fusion, influenced by action space of "learning by doing', and finally converted into multi-dimensional outcomes. Further quantitative analysis indicates that this outcome framework is structurally stable and can be used to evaluate and improve similar simulated training.
