抑郁症患者自杀态度与自我接纳的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症患者自杀观念与自我接纳的相关性,为临床治疗和护理提供一定的理论依据。方法选择抑郁症患者78例,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、自杀态度问卷(Suicide Attitude Questionnaire,QSA)、自我接纳问卷(Self Acceptance Questionnaire,SAQ)分别评估患者的抑郁状态、自杀态度状况及自我接纳水平。结果SAQ的自我评价的评分与QSA的F2呈正相关(r=0.234,P=0.039),与HAMD呈负相关(r=-0.263,P=0.020);SAQ的自我接纳与QSA的F1、F1的肯定态度及F4呈正相关(r=0.294、0.722、0.282,P=0.009、0.043、0.012);HAMD与QSA的F1接近负相关(r=-0.223,P=0.050),与F1的肯定态度、F2的中立态度呈负相关(r=-0.760、-0.255,P=0.029、0.047)。结论抑郁症患者的自杀态度与自我接纳间存在密切关联。Objective To investigate the correlation between suicide attitude and selfacceptance of depression patients and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment and nursing.Methods Seventy-eight inpatients with depression were selected and assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,Suicide Attitude Questionnaire（QSA）and Self Acceptance Questionnaire（SAQ）,respectively.Results The self-evaluation＇s score of SAQ was positively correlated with F2 of QSA（r=0.234,P=0.039）,and negatively correlated with HAMD（r=-0.263,P=0.020）.SAQ self-acceptance was positively correlated with F1,F1 positive attitude and F4 of QSA（r=0.294,0.722,0.282,P=0.009,0.043,0.012）.There was close negative correlation（r=-0.223,P=0.050）between HAMD with F1 of QSA.HAMD and F1 positive attitude,F2 neutral attitude showed negative correlation respectively（r=-0.760,-0.255,P=0.029,0.047）.Conclusion There is a closely correlation between suicide attitude and selfacceptance of depression patients.
