浅谈病例讨论在眼科住院医师临床教学中的作用

摘　　要：住院医规范化培训是每一位年轻医生进入临床的必经阶段,是临床思维形成和基本技能锻炼的重要时期。病例讨论作为一种传统的教学模式,将其改良并应用于眼科医师住院医培养中,可以有效提高住院医的临床业务水平和心理素质。眼肌专业相关疾病是每一位眼科住院医在临床一阶段规范化培训过程中的必选科目,也是眼科住院医普遍认为最难理解和掌握的专科。本文将以一例"假性外斜视"病例讨论为例,分析病例讨论在眼科住院医眼肌专业学习中的重要性。Standardized training of resident doctors is the necessary stage for clinical skills learning, it＇s an important period of the establishing for clinical thinking and skills. Case discussion is a traditional teaching mode, it＇s a good way for resident doctor training, and it＇s beneficial for improving psychological quality and clinical skills. Strabismus is a kind of specialized eye disease, it is an required course of resident doctor training, and it is a specialty which was generally viewed as the most difficult to master. This paper will show a case of＂Pseudo external strabismus＂ in order to setting out the importance of case discussion for the resident doctor training.
