超声波法对黄粉虫虫壳脱钙工艺研究

摘  要:以脱蛋白、脱油脂后的黄粉虫为原料,在超声波辅助下,以盐酸为脱钙剂,从盐酸浓度、超声时间、超声温度3个方面探究黄粉虫虫壳脱钙的工艺条件。结果表明,在超声波辅助下,HCl能显著提高脱钙速率,最佳脱钙条件为:盐酸浓度1.0 mol/L,超声温度20℃,超声时间30 min,脱钙率91.52%。Based on deproteinization, removed lipid Tenebrio molitor shell, under the condition of ultrasonic method, HCl as decalcified reagent, the paper explored Tenebrio molitor shell decalcified process conditions from HCl concentration, ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature. The results showed that HCl could significantly improve decalcification rate under the condition of ultrasonic method, the best decalcified conditions was HCl concentration 1.0 mol/L, ultrasonic temperature 20 ℃, and ultrasonic time 30 min, the decalcification rate was 91.52%.
