我国盲人高等教育现状的审视与突围

摘　　要：我国盲人高等教育尚处于初始阶段,存在规模小、层次低、入学率不高,专业选择范围小、课程设置不合理,无障碍环境建设落后、学习支持服务有限,教育研究滞后、指导实践不力等突出问题。因此,盲人高等教育发展应改革现行招生制度、支持盲生参加普通高考,拓宽专业选择范围、优化专业课程设置,建设学习资源中心、完善专业支持服务,支持与推进盲人高等教育研究。Higher education for the people with visual impairment is now in the initial stage. There exist some problems： small scale, lower enrollment rate, not enough professional choice, unreasonable curriculums,accessible environment construction out of date, lacking of study-support services, low level of education research hardly supporting practice. Thus, it is necessary to？reform enrollment system and lead to participate in the general college entrance examination, add professional settings and optimize curriculum, build learning resource center？and improve professional support services, and strengthen education research for the blind,
