摘  要:[目的]探讨基于问题式学习(PBL)教案的翻转课堂在儿科新护士临床护理查房中的应用效果。[方法]将100名儿科新护士按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各50人,观察组根据所提供的PBL教案进行护理查房,对照组采用传统的护理查房模式,比较两组新护士半年试用期后的理论考试成绩和6次查房结束后对护理查房的满意度。[结果]观察组新护士的理论考核成绩及对护理查房的满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]基于PBL教案的翻转课堂应用于儿科新护士护理查房中,有利于提高儿科新护士的自主学习能力和新护士对护理查房的满意度。Objective: To probe into an application effect of flipped classroom based on problem based learning (PBL)lesson plans in pediatric clinical nursing rounds of new nurses. Methods: A total of 100 new pediatric nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each. The nurses in observation group were given nursing rounds according to PBL plan,at the same time the nurses in control group were given nursing traditional rounds,to compare the theory examination scores of new nurses between both groups after the half of probation period and satisfaction of nursing round at the end of the 6 rounds. Results: The theory examination score and satisfaction rate of new nurses in observation group to nursing rounds were higher than that in control group, there were statistically significant difference between both groups ( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Flipped classroom based on PBL lesson plans was helpful for improving independent learning ability and satisfaction of new nurses to nursing round.
