左旋多巴联合综合疗法治疗青少年屈光不正性弱视的效果及对患者视功能和P-VEP的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左旋多巴联合综合疗法治疗青少年屈光不正性弱视的效果及对患者视功能和P-VEP水平的影响。方法 将2012年8月-2015年3月于我院眼科确诊为屈光不正性弱视的84例青少年患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组41例采用综合疗法,治疗组43例则联合左旋多巴,6个月为1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后视觉敏感度、P-VEP和视功能、临床疗效及不良反应差异。结果 治疗后,患者P-VEP P100波幅升高及不同空间频率下的对比度均升高,P-VEP P100波潜伏期则缩短,但治疗组改善更显著（P〈0.05）;治疗后,治疗组矫正辐辏范围、矫正分开范围较对照组均更大,矫正近立体视锐度则明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率为93.15%,对照组79.17%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.961,P〈0.05）;对照组未发现不良反应,治疗组有1例出现眼干,不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 左旋多巴联合综合疗法治疗青少年屈光不正性弱视的效果显著,值得推广。Objective Ta explore the effects of Levodopa combined with comprehensive therapy in treatment of youth with ametropia amblyopia and the effects on patients＇ visual function and P-VEP level.Methods 84 cases youth which were diagnosed as ametropia amblyopia in Department of Ophthalmology of our hospital from August 2012 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.41 patients in control group were treated with combined therapy,while 43 patients in treatment group were treated with Levodopa combined comprehensive therapy,6 months as a course of treatment.After 6 months,the visual aeuity,P-VEP,visual function before treatment and after treatment,clini- cal effects and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the patients＇ P-VEP P100 amplitude and the contrast in different spatial frequency increased,while P-VEP P100 wave latency shortened,the im- provement of the treatment group was more significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,corrected amplitude range,corrected sep- arate range in the treatment group were both larger than those in the control group,while corrected near stereoacuity was less,there were significant differences between two groups （P〈O.05）.The total efficiency in the treatment group was 93.15%,79.17% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （X2=5.961,P〈0.05）.No Adverse reactions were founded in the control groups,with 1 case eye dry in the treatment,incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical difference between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conelusion There is significant effect of Levodopa combined with comprehensive therapy on ametropia amblyopia of the youth.The method can improves more visual function and is worth popularizing.
