摘 要:随着户籍制度改革的深化,我国城镇劳动力市场上农民工与城镇职工之间的工资差异问题愈发备受关注。然而,现有关于工资差异的研究大多仅从统计调查直接获得的"调查工资"口径展开,却并未考虑两类劳动者在附着于户籍之上的诸多隐性福利方面的获得差异。文章依据经济学中的补偿性工资差别理论,重点关注了当考虑岗位负面特征的工资补偿这一户籍相关的隐性福利差异之后,农民工与城镇职工之间的工资差异情况。研究发现,农民工与城镇职工之间基于岗位特征"可比口径"的工资差异远高于"调查工资"口径,这也意味着现有多数仅基于"调查工资"口径开展的工资差异相关研究,所得出的有关两类劳动者工资差异及对城镇劳动力市场上分割与歧视状态的判断可能是有失客观的。Along with the continuous reform of Hukou system, the problem of wage differentials between rural migrants and ur-ban residents in the urban labor market has called for increasingly attentions. However, most of the existing research on wagedifferentials is merely based on wage data obtained directly by the statistical surveys, which is named as"direct wage", ignor-ing many implicit benefits associated with Hukou. Our paper is aimed to reexamine the wage differentials between rural mi-grants and urban residents when taking the compensating wage differentials for job characteristics into consideration, based onthe theory of compensating wage differentials. The results show that wage differentials between these two groups obtained anobvious increase after we processed as above, based on an wage level which is called"comparable wage", indicating that previ-ous studies on wage differentials might not be objective enough for ignoring the implicit benefits associated with Hukou.
