摘　　要：党支部组织生活质量不高是长期困扰高校党建工作的"老大难"问题。本文立足高职教育实际和高职院校党支部组织生活实践,以问题为导向,构建起四步递进式工作模式,探索出符合高职特点的提高组织生活质量的有效途径,以提升组织生活的政治性、时代性、原则性和战斗性,形成具有借鉴和推广价值的工作思路及实践经验。The quality of life of the party branch organizations is not high, which is a long term problem of the party building work in colleges and universities. Based on the actual situation of higher vocational education and the practice of the party branch organization in higher vocational colleges, this paper takes the problem as the guidance, constructs the four step progressive mode, and explores the effective way to improve the quality of life of the organization. This paper has promoted the nature of the organization life in politics, times, principle, militancy, and forms the thought and the practice experience of reference and promotion value.
