摘  要:高职院校构建校企文化互动的职业素质教育体系,对学校、学生、企业是一个三赢的育人模式。从分析校企文化互动的职业素质教育内涵及高职院校职业素质教育缺失入手,阐述了校企文化互动职业素质教育体系须体现的四个渗透,提出了一个体系、三个阵地、三个维度、三方评价的职业素质教育体系构建思路。Building-up the educational system of professional qualities in school-enterprise cultural interaction is an educational mode beneficial to schools, students and enterprises. This paper analyzes the connotation of the education of professional qualities in school-enterprise cultural interaction as well as the lack of professional quality education in higher vocational colleges, elaborates that this system should reflect four aspects of enterprise culture education, and proposes establishing the educational system of professional qualities by one system, three fields, three dimensions and three evaluations.
