摘　　要：学生作为高校的真正主人,参与学校管理是必然所需,也是高校管理的重要组成部分。高校在倡导依法治校、以人为本的教育理念下,也都在通过各种形式鼓励和支持大学生参与学校管理,但未能形成全方位、多层次的参与体系。文章对该问题从学生参与热情、体制机制、制度保障、管理途径等方面进行探讨。As the true masters of colleges and universities, students participating in school management is necessarily needed, and is an important part of the management of colleges and universities. Advocating the idea of managing the university by law and people-oriented education, colleges and universities encourage and support the college students to participate in the school management by all means, but the omni-directional and multi-level participating system hasn＇t been formed yet. This paper analyzes the problem from the aspects from student participation enthusiasm, institution mechanism, institutional guarantee, managerial approach, etc.
