摘　　要：工商管理专业应用型创新人才培养具有重要意义,能推动教学顺利进行,提高人才培养质量,让学生更好顺应将来工作需要。但目前工商管理专业教学存在一些不足,需要采取改进措施:完善课程体系、创新教学方法、重视"双师型"师资队伍建设、建立应用型创新人才培养实践教学体系。健全教学评价与监督体系。It is of great significance to cultivate the professional application of innovative talents in business administration, which can promote the smooth progress of teaching, improve the quality of personnel training, so that students can better adapt to the needs of the future work. But the business management professional teaching, there are some shortcomings and need to take improvement measures： perfect the curriculum system, innovative teaching methods, pay attention to the ＂double teacher type＂ building of the contingent of teachers, the establishment of practice teaching system to cultivate creative talents, and perfect teaching evaluation and supervision system.
