摘　　要：高校公共选修课教学团队建设是公选课教学改革的重要内容,是提升教学效果的重要途径,有利于优化整合教学资源,实现教学资源信息共享,有利于提升公选课教师师资队伍的综合素质。结合闽江学院公选课的实际情况,就《中国近现代人物评传》课为例,阐明本科高校公选课教学团队的构建应建立和完善教学团队带头人选拔和培养机制;开展专题式教学,每个教师负责一专题的主讲,既分工又协作;树立共同的教学目标,明确教学团队建设的指导思想等途径进行改革与探索。Construction of public elective course teaching team in colleges and universities is an important way to improve the teaching effect and the integration of teaching resources. It can share the teaching resources and to optimize the overall quality of the elective course. According to the actual situation of the public elective course of Minjiang university,the construction of public elective courses teaching team should perfect the selection and training mechanism of teaching team,and carry out project- based teaching. Each teacher is responsible for the presenter of a specific topic. We discussed the establishing the common goal of teaching and the guiding ideology of teaching team construction in this paper.
