地方普通高等院校广播电视编导专业实践教学问题探析

摘　　要：广播电视编导专业学生的编、导、摄、后期合成等方面能力是学校在实践教学中着重培养的能力。但由于地方普通高等院校在师资力量、教学设备、课程设置、实践基地等方面存在诸多问题,致使人才培养质量不高。为提高广播电视编导专业人才培养质量,需要从拓宽教师引进渠道,加大教学设备投入,恰当设置课程,加强实践监督,鼓励学生参与实践等方面入手进行改革。Colleges run by local government should focused their attentions on the ability training in the editing,guide,shoot,post synthesis in the practical teaching for the radio and TV directing majors. However,problems such as faculty,teaching equipment,curriculum provision,practice base construction would result in the practical teaching which would affect the personnel training quality. In order to improve teaching quality for the Radio and TV Directing major,we should widen the introduced channels of teachers,increase the investment of teaching facilities and curriculums involved,strengthening the supervision for the practical teaching and the participation of students in practical teaching.
