摘 要:大学生创新能力是衡量高校办学质量的重要指标,提升大学生创新能力是当今高校人才培养的主题.宁德师范学院以学科竞赛为依托,结合大学生创新项目,修订人才培养方案,在提升大学生创新能力方面取得了一定成效.但是,在开展学科竞赛、大学生创新项目和修订人才培养方案过程中,也存在激励措施不够,管理体制不够科学,顶层设计欠合理等不足.学校以师生为中心,加大奖励机制,把教学工作、管理体制和课程建设等与学科竞赛、大学生创新项目和人才培养方案有机结合起来,才能更好更快地提升大学生创新能力.Undergraduates innovative ability, as an important indicator of educational quality of higher education, has now become the subject of talent-training in universities today. Ningde Normal University has achieved certain results to enhance students innovative ability with the subject competition, undergraduates innovative projects and revising personnel cultivation project. However, in carrying out subject competition,undergraduate innovative projects and revising personnel cultivation project, there lack enough incentives, scientific management system and reasonable top-level design. The paper advises that the school should take teachers and students as the center, and increase reward mechanism, and put the teaching work, management system, and curriculum construction in combination with subject competition,college unde cultivation projec, in order to better enhance the rgraduates innovative projects and personnel undergraduate innovative ability.
