高校后勤服务社会化条件下的多方主体纠结及其规制研究

摘　　要：高校后勤管理社会化是世界各国高等教育发展过程中的经验、规律和趋势,也是我国高等教育社会化导向中的应有之义。但是在高校后勤服务社会化的过程中,由于新旧体制交织并存,致使我国高校在后勤管理和服务方面出现了一些新问题,本文站在学生、校方、教师的视角上,对这些问题提出了些许规避措施。University logistics management socialization is the experience,law and trend in the process of development of the world higher education,and it is also the proper meaning of the social orientation of higher education in China. But in the process of university logistics management socialization,because the new and old systems coexist,some new problems appear. In the perspective of students,schools and teachers,the paper proposes some measures to avoid these problems.
