摘　　要：为了研究掘进机在截割过程中截割头载荷谱,通过分析掘进机截割时的机身受力,推算出了截割头三向受力的计算公式,挑选一组矿用"黑匣子"中所记录掘进机截割一整周期的数据,从而可以得到截割头在1个周期内载荷的时域图,将其导入MATLAB雨流计数程序中,得出均值和幅值的频次图。For the study on load spectrum of cutting head during the process of roadheader＇s cutting force on the body of roadheader has been analyzed. Then the computational formula of the three-dimensional stress on the cutting head could be derived. The data of an entire cutting period cycle which is recorded by ＂black box＂ can be selected, and the time-domain plot which indicates the load of cutting head during the entire cutting period cycle. Then these data could be inputted in MATLAB for rain-flow counting, and the frequency diagram of mean value and amplitude could be drawn by this software.
